1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "jill4," "Platform," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to the jill4 online gaming platform accessible at jill4.org and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and services.
• "Player," "User," "You," or "Your" refers to any individual who has registered, or is attempting to register, an account on the jill4 platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration with jill4.
• "Wallet" or "Balance" means the funds held within a Player's jill4 Account, including real-money balance and bonus balance where applicable.
• "Game" means any game, service, or betting market made available through the jill4 platform, including but not limited to slots, live casino table games, bingo, and sports markets.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawal processing and other account functions.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing gaming in the Philippines.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by jill4, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with jill4's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the jill4 platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the most current version of these Terms & Conditions.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and maintain an Account on jill4. This age restriction is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gaming regulations as administered by PAGCOR. jill4 employs identity verification procedures to confirm player age at registration and prior to processing withdrawals.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that use of jill4 is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence or current location. jill4 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. Access to jill4 from restricted jurisdictions may be blocked without notice.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly if any information changes.

3.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on jill4 at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds, including winnings.

4. Account Verification (KYC)

jill4 is required under applicable Philippine regulations to verify the identity of its players. As part of this process:

• You may be required to submit a clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (PhilSys, UMID, SSS card, Passport, or Driver's License).
• You may be required to provide proof of address, such as a utility bill or bank statement not older than three (3) months.
• You may be required to verify the source of your payment method (e.g., screenshot of GCash or Maya account in your name).

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. jill4 reserves the right to withhold funds pending completion of KYC or investigation into account activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

5. Deposits

jill4 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, and Metrobank Online, subject to availability. Additional payment methods may be added or removed without prior notice.

• Minimum deposit is ₱100 for GCash and Maya; ₱500 for bank transfer methods.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• jill4 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may impose its own fees, for which jill4 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your jill4 Wallet upon confirmed receipt from the payment processor. Processing times vary by payment method but are typically instant for GCash and Maya.
• jill4 is not liable for delays caused by your financial institution, payment processor, or third-party service outages.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500.
• KYC verification must be fully completed prior to the processing of any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by jill4's finance team.
• Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within five (5) minutes for standard amounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.
• Large withdrawal amounts (as defined by jill4's internal thresholds) may be subject to additional verification and review.
• jill4 reserves the right to reverse any withdrawal request and return funds to a Player's Wallet pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.
• Any active Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon withdrawal of the real-money balance to which they are attached, unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

jill4 may offer various bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other incentives from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless superseded by specific promotion terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, game contribution rates, and expiry period will be stated in the individual promotion terms at the time the offer is made.
• A Player may only claim each promotion once unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Funds must be used before Real Money Funds when game balance is drawn from the Wallet, unless the Platform's system is configured otherwise for a specific promotion.
• jill4 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to wagering on opposite outcomes to meet rollover requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or exploiting errors in bonus crediting, will result in forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings and may result in account suspension.
• Players who have opted into self-exclusion or have active cooling-off periods are not eligible to receive or claim promotional bonuses during that period.

8. Game Rules & Conduct

Each game available on the jill4 platform is governed by individual game rules provided by the respective game provider or, in the case of live dealer games, by the rules applicable to that specific table format. In all cases:

• Players must accept the rules of the game they choose to participate in before placing any wager.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the result recorded on jill4's servers (or the third-party game provider's servers for provider-hosted games) shall be final and conclusive, subject only to investigation of technical errors.
• jill4 is not liable for losses arising from the Player's own strategic decisions, misunderstanding of game rules, or telecommunications failures on the Player's end.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts a game round, jill4 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the Player's Wallet.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jill4 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or using an Account if under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under applicable law.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other time.
• Use of automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence systems, or other automated means to interact with any Game.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any Game.
• Using jill4 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment fraud, or any form of financial deception targeting jill4 or its payment processors.
• Selling, transferring, or assigning an Account or any funds therein to another party.
• Accessing jill4 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

jill4 reserves the right to report any activity reasonably suspected to involve illegal conduct to PAGCOR, law enforcement, or other relevant Philippine authorities.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the jill4 platform — including but not limited to software, games, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and visual elements — is the exclusive property of jill4 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to any jill4 intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works from any jill4 content without prior written authorization. Unauthorized use of jill4's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

• jill4 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• jill4 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or technical failures may temporarily affect service availability.
• jill4's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the real-money balance in your Account at the time the claim arises.
• jill4 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Nothing in this clause limits jill4's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

jill4 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account where:

• A breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is suspected.
• jill4 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, court order, or PAGCOR directive.
• Fraud, collusion, or money laundering is suspected.
• A Player requests self-exclusion or closure of their Account.
• An Account has remained inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon Account closure, any real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds and funds subject to investigation) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after the completion of any required investigation period. Funds associated with prohibited activities are subject to forfeiture.

Players may close their own Accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting jill4 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

13. Responsible Gaming

jill4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. All Players have access to the following tools from their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Increases to deposit limits take effect only after a 24-hour cooling period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold per session, day, week, or month.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic alerts or logouts after a pre-set session duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders displaying your session duration and net gaming balance during the session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the jill4 platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed until the specified exclusion period has elapsed.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of jill4, you agree to first contact jill4's support team to seek an amicable resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

16. Amendments

jill4 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email to the registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at jill4.org/terms-conditions.

Continued use of the jill4 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
